Eligibility
- Open to Bangalore-based candidates only for the final round (Round 3).
- Candidates must be eligible for the roles of Account Manager, Content Writer, or Business Development Executive (BDE) at The Growth Square.
- Must have the ability to demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, and practical knowledge relevant to the respective roles.
Project and Submission Requirements
- Assignments: Must be submitted by the deadline and show clear, logical problem-solving skills.
- Situational Test (Round 2): You will need to submit your answers within the stipulated time, focusing on strategic and theoretical understanding.
- Final In-Person Round: Active participation in the practical challenges will be required. You’ll be evaluated based on how you handle real-world challenges, communication skills, and critical thinking.
