About the challenge

Growth Sprint 2025 is the ultimate challenge designed to identify the brightest minds for key roles at The Growth Square: Account Manager, Content Writer, and Business Development Executive (BDE). It consists of three rounds: two online and one in-person, where you’ll get the chance to showcase your creativity, strategic thinking, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

This event is designed to bring forward the best talent while offering amazing opportunities to work with The Growth Square and its partner agencies. The best participants will not only get hired directly by The Growth Square but will also have the opportunity to connect with top agencies for career growth.

    Prepare for the three rounds of the challenge, keeping in mind the role you are applying for (Account Manager, Content Writer, or BDE) at The Growth Square. Focus on assignments, problem-solving, and theoretical and practical challenges.

  • Stay Engaged
    Follow any additional updates or instructions from The Growth Square team to stay on track during the competition.

Requirements

What to Build

For Account Managers, Content Writers, and Business Development Executives, you’ll need to:

  • Showcase your skills through assignments and tests designed to assess creativity, strategic thinking, communication, and domain knowledge.
  • Think outside the box in your approach to problem-solving, writing challenges, and situational judgment tasks. Your final submission will be evaluated on these criteria.

What to Submit

  • Round 1 (Assignment-Based Challenge): You’ll need to submit a well-thought-out assignment that demonstrates your problem-solving skills, creativity, and understanding of the role at The Growth Square.
  • Round 2 (Situational and Theory-Based Test): Submit your answers to a series of questions and scenarios that assess your strategic thinking, theoretical knowledge, and ability to tackle real-world problems.
  • Round 3 (In-Person Challenge in Bangalore): Prepare to showcase your practical skills, including communication and critical thinking, in a live setting. This round will involve hands-on challenges and situational problem-solving.
